To ensure a smooth arrival, here are the parking options available at the hotel.
Hotel valet parking by our partner Indigo available 24/7: Every day, you can drop off your car in one of the hotel's two drop-off zones. Our doormen will be on hand to assist you and will contact Indigo, who will then park your car in their underground parking lot. The overnight parking rate is $39, taxes included, for departures before 4 p.m. Guests can exit and enter as they please, without an additional fee.
For dropping off your car, you can use the designated area on Mansfield street at any time.
Another drop-off zone is available on René-Lévesque Boulevard West during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: available at all times.
Direct access to the underground valet parking by our partner Indigo: On Belmont Street, you can access the underground valet parking directly.

Recognized as a Montréal culinary institution since 1958 and the oldest gastronomic club in Canada, The Beaver Club was a favourite of epicureans. As the host of legendary nights and lavish meals, it has always proudly served and privileged local producers and unique ingredients. The Beaver Club was closed in 2008.

I was surprised in both my visits that there wasnt any complimentary water in my room. Most hotels offers 1-2 bottles at a minimum.
- Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Great city view - Check in/out service was quite slow - Bathroom was a little small with awkward shower glass - No complementary water in the room (minibar had water at a price) - No information in the room about amenities, had to ring reception for details on gym/pool - Pool had nobody manning the desk so assumed I could walk in fully clothed to the changing room, but had to walk past the pool - potential safety hazard

My overall experience at the Fairmont was excellent, the staff were polite and very helpful. The only negative were the bath towels, not as soft that I am use to.

I needed to extend an extra night, and the hotel was almost all booked. Gloria searched high-and-low. I did not give up and made haste to book a room elsewhere. Gloria made extra effort, and I was able to stay another night. I am grateful.
Stayed 6 nights on a family getaway in downtown Montreal with our 4 year old. Everyone and everything from our arrival to the departure was fabulous. We booked a 1 bedroom king suite and had plenty of room to relax and play. Valet service was convenient, breakfast was included for us and had lots of options. The hotel knew we had just celebrated an anniversary and birthday and arranged the nicest in room welcome one could ask for. Location can’t be beat with underground access to food, shopping, metro… walkable to a number of tourist attractions. Highly recommend!
Had a very positive experience at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. I was happy with the room, the breakfast, and amenities. The only slight issue I had was that I was told my AMEX Fine Hotel food and beverage credit worked at any of the property's stores, for any of the items they had and to me this implied that if I bought anything from the stores, it would be included. I bought a Hat along with some candy to use up the credit, but was told at checkout that these items would not be covered. It took manager approval to get the candy approved for the credit, but they would not reimburse the hat. Had I known this I probably wouldn't have purchased the hat (I had said at time of purchase to the store attendant that I was using up my credit and he said yes all things applied, though I don't fault the staffer for not knowing this detail.) Overall a positive stay and I would consider staying at the Queen Elizabeth Fairmont again in the future, thought probably would double check on all credits and their eligible uses if my stay included them.

Very attentive staff, and many unique features in the hotel - where many hotels have the same, standard-looking meeting rooms, many rooms have different styles, and one room has swings. Access to public transport and to shopping centers without leaving the hotel makes it easy to get around.
