I enjoyed myself. But a few things. The Tvs did not work the first night and then would cut off sporadically. Also, usually when we stay, we get a fruit basket or something to welcome us there, this time there was nothing. J But, the front desk guy Bonn was really nice as usual. Thank you

Hotel is in a great location and this turned out to be the only perk. Our party was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The tables were dirty with leftover crumbs on the counters. The hotel staff was nice and polite. I booked a suite for 3 people and was disappointed that I had to call and ask for room amenities for the 3rd person. Since you are charging more for a third person you could at least provide a robe and slippers for the 3rd person. Guests need to be aware that there are NO coffee or tea options offered in the room. The hotel was a disappointment, there is no relaxing lobby to sit and wait for other guests or plan your next adventure. I cannot recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Our room 1833 had a light smell of smoke even in the closet. We had to repeatedly get our room keys redone as they stopped working. Eloise and the shops closed again.

Front desk, bellmen and restaurant service was superb as always. However, we had several issues with our room that we've never experienced before. Our room was located close to the elevator so we could hear the elevator going up and down all the time. Other issues included not enough towels for two people, no toilet paper on the holder, broken metal robe hanger in bathroom, bathroom mirror lighting too dark, handheld shower malfunctioned and slightly flooded floor and one bathroom sink stopped up. Again, we've never had these issues before, but would never stay in a room near the elevator again and would hope the other hotel room problems get resolved.

Thanks for moving us after our first night. There was some type of exterior noise that went on all through the night. Not an occasional siren or loud car but constant banging. We appreciate the easy switch. We ordered room service one night after theater and had the best burger and fries! Eating it wrapped in the big plush robe was a highlight.

I’d like to extend a sincere thank you to the entire staff of the Plaza. Our weekend stay was a special occasion for our family and everyone from the pre-check-in coordinator, to the front desk staff, room service, porters, bell-men, housekeeping, concierge, transportation and restaurant staff were all incredibly professional, personable, accommodating and went out of their way to be beyond helpful. They were all genuinely nice people. We have always loved this hotel. The building is only one part…it’s the great staff that complete the experience and make you want to return. With great appreciation to everyone…

We were very impressed with the hotel and the room. The service was great, The only drawback was that the handicapped entrance was not obvious, so we needed help to access the hotel with a wheelchair.
