Started with the ladies at the front and manager desks .. Good hospitalities. The room was as expected. Cleaning staff is helpful, and when required, the maintenance staff showed up in short order to fix the issue.
We spent 4 nights here at Fairmont Hotel. It was beautiful and had the best time ever. Everything was excellent and the location was close to my destination. The room was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family or others.

Top notch service!
Perfect location, amazing breakfast, luxurious rooms, kind and helpful management. Overall one of the best stays of my life. Just one small problem I had to face was the odor in the shower area, something like a chemical.
I had to wait 45 minutes to check in Called room service they said I have to pay extra for a bedsheet Called bell boy to pick up my bags , no one showed up for 45 minutes , I came down to reception she said go back to the room And so it yourself I went up and the bags are gone I lost my wallet and then waisted another 1 hour looking for it Missed my train to and I a and had to buy new ticketss Worst experience ever specially when I was on a pilgrimage and pressed on time Flee in from Canada and ended up moving my travelling plans because of fairmountI have been a consistent supporter of fairmount But I Wil never f back there again
The hotel provides a mixed experience. The hotel is undeniably beautiful, clean, and well-located. However, the service from some individuals (not all) leaves something to be desired. During the first two days, breakfast did not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment. The bread was from the previous day!! However, the last two days were improved thanks to an upgrade to a restaurant that offers a better culinary experience. On the last day, we asked the bellman to bring down our luggage while I went to fetch a taxi. When I returned with the taxi, I had a ticket for 10 minutes of free access to retrieve the luggage and exit. Unfortunately, the luggage wasn't ready, and despite assurances from the staff that they would arrive in a minute, we waited 25 minutes for them to arrive. Upon exiting, I had to pay a penalty of 25 SAR due to the delay, for which I was not responsible.
After my second visit to my favorite hotel, but this time was different since my room was upgraded, happy to get this VIP services. My companion was enjoying all hotel facilities. Thank you very much, hope to see you soon.
